   Superior quality: Zanhuang date has good size (seven dates make a foot in length and ten dates half a kilogram), small pit, thin skin and thick pulp. The fresh date tastes sweet and crisp.
   Excellent nourishment: Dried date contains 60-70% sugar. Every 100gram fresh date has 103kilocalories and every100gram dried date has 309kilocalories, so Zanhuang date is called ¡°Woody Grain¡±. Vitamin C contained in every 100g fresh date amounts to 400-600mg and vitamin P more than 300mg, which makes Zanhuang date come first in various fruit and get the name of ¡°Vitamin Pill¡±.
